Our Dental Wellness Plan helps those who want to re-evaluate their existing dental plan, those who don’t have dental insurance and those on a fixed income address their dental concerns.

Our Membership Plan is an annual dental plan for individuals that allows all members to receive quality dental services at contracted prices. Unlike conventional dental insurance plans, with our plan there are no deductibles, no yearly maximums, and no waiting periods to begin treatment. Benefits begin immediately on plan registration. With this plan, your preventive care is taken care of!
Annual membership fee is $ 475
Your Dental Wellness Plan benefits include:
Two hygiene or cleaning appointments per year ( Every 6 months if you have healthy gums )
A full mouth series of x rays
Four bitewings per year
Oral cancer screening
Periodontal evaluation
Oral hygiene instructions
Complimentary fluoride treatment
TMJ screening
An emergency exam
20% Membership Courtesy on General restorative and implant/surgical procedures if paid by check or cash
15% Membership courtesy if paid by credit card
All services performed within our office
Courtesy excludes aligner therapy, Facial esthetics and Implant supported hybrids or All On X
